Usage Guide:

Step 1: Position the Sealing Flange

Step 2: Attach Sealing Flange and Support Ring

  • Press the sealing flange and sealing lip support ring onto the flat surface of T10134.
  • Tighten the three knurled bolts "A" to prevent the fixing pin from slipping out of the hole of the sensor wheel.

Step 3: Install Sealing Flange and Sensor Wheel onto Crankshaft

  • Press the sealing flange and sensor wheel onto the crankshaft using T10134.
  • Tighten bolts "A", "B", "C", and "D".

Step 4: Tighten Bolts to Specified Torque

  • Tighten all bolts with a torque wrench to 40Nm.
  • Ensure that there is a distance of 0.5mm between the crankshaft and the sensor wheel, indicating that the sensor wheel has reached its final installation position on the crankshaft.
