Description:
The AUTOOL CT60 Fuel Injector Signal Generator is a versatile tool designed for testing automobile injectors to identify issues such as sticking, leaking, or burning. It allows users to set multiple pulse outputs, adjust parameters like speed, pulse width, and operating time, and connect two nozzles simultaneously for a comparative analysis of spray ability and spray angle.
Key Features:
-
Standard Fuel Injection Nozzle Type: DC voltage of 12V drives the solenoid valve in naturally aspirated fuel injection nozzles.
-
High-Pressure Fuel Injector Type: Suitable for turbocharged fuel injectors in automobiles. Instantaneous voltage of 75V drives the solenoid valve in the fuel injector.
-
Wide Operating Frequency Range: Operating frequency range extends from 600 to 6000 rpm.
-
Working Time Range: Adjustable working time setting ranging from 0 to 99 minutes.
-
LCD Display: Digital display for precise adjustment of working frequency and time.
-
GDI Engine Injector Drive Mode: Upgrade kit available for the old version without a GDI unit.
